The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>8-12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years leading and managing Account Executives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding multi-million ARR targets in mid-market or enterprise SaaS</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience selling to U.S. or global markets</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold your team accountable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A solid understanding of complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and executive-level selling</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Comfort with data-driven management and a deep familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, equally confident running a forecast meeting or demo.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Open to a WFO model based out of Bangalore.</li>
