Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (formerly CloudCraze) components
- Implement product catalog, pricing, storefront layouts, cart/checkout flows, and order management
- Work with Product, Pricing, Promotions, Buyer Groups, and Entitlements
- Build and customize components using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, REST APIs
- Integrate B2B Commerce with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, fulfillment, etc.)
- Optimize storefront performance, page load speed, and user experience
- Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable B2B commerce solutions
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B Commerce Cloud
- Deep understanding of Catalogs, Price Lists, Product Variations, Entitlements, Buyer Groups
- Good knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOSL/SOQL, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment processes
- Experience with OOTB B2B components and customizing storefronts
- Salesforce certifications (B2B Commerce, Platform Developer) are a plus
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
