Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage the complete Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoice generation, customer billing, and timely collections.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Reconcile customer accounts, follow up on outstanding dues, and manage ageing reports.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies or payment disputes.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor credit limits, ensure adherence to credit control policies, and recommend credit risk actions where necessary.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare periodic MIS reports, AR dashboards, ageing analysis, and collection forecasts.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per accounting standards.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support month-end closing activities related to AR, including accruals and reconciliations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance reviews.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain documentation, records, and customer ledgers with high accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li>

Required Qualifications &amp; Skills

Education &amp; Professional Background

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">CA / CMA (Qualified) OR</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">CA-Inter / CMA-Semi Qualified</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).</li>
</ul>

Technical Skills

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on experience with ERP systems </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.</li>
</ul>

Soft Skills
