We are looking for a high-impact Area Operations Manager (AOM) to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories Drive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency Ensure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards Manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50-150 members) Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)

- Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
- Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
- Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
- Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
- Bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
