We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions at our ice cream manufacturing plant in Paithan. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and operational level — building a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant roles — workers, supervisors, quality, production, logistics, and corporate support functions.
• Partner with department heads to assess manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Build sourcing pipelines for skilled and unskilled factory labour in the Aurangabad / Paithan region.
• Ensure full statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and FSSAI-related HR requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
• Liaise with government bodies and labour departments as required.
• Manage contract workforce and third-party labour vendors.
• Design and drive the appraisal process.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate training and development programs.
