Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant roles — workers, supervisors, quality, production, logistics, and corporate support functions.

- Build sourcing pipelines for skilled and unskilled factory labour in the Aurangabad / Paithan region.
- Ensure full statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and FSSAI-related HR requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
- Liaise with government bodies and labour departments as required.
- Manage contract workforce and third-party labour vendors.
- Design and drive the appraisal process.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
