• Develop and maintain the ISPM platform.
• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with product management to define features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
