Job description:

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing exhibitions, expos, trade shows, and offline promotional events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for booth design, branding layouts, product display, and vendor communication.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of marketing materials.
• Manage expo inventory, packing, logistics, dispatch, and on-site arrangements.
• Support the sales team with physical marketing collateral, technical documents, and presentations.
• Maintain stock records of all marketing items and ensure replenishment when required.
• Assist in vendor sourcing, negotiation, quality checks, and procurement of printed/branding materials.
• Attend expos, trade fairs, and industry events as a company representative.
• Support pre-expo preparation including advertising campaigns, invitations, WhatsApp & email campaigns.
• Collect visitor data, maintain enquiry forms, and support the sales team with lead capture.
• Ensure the booth is well-presented and clean.
