Job Summary We are looking for a detail-driven Data Analyst / MIS Executive who can efficiently manage, analyse, and report data to support operational and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities · Collect, validate, clean, and maintain data from multiple sources · Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports · Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and performance insights · Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting · Design and maintain dashboards and trackers for business teams · Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements · Automate routine reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible · Maintain data documentation and reporting standards · Maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational reports · Monitor operational KPIs and highlight deviations or gaps · Support business teams with ad-hoc data and reporting requests · Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) · Ability to analyse large datasets and summarize insights · Good understanding of MIS reporting and data workflows · Basic knowledge of SQL or databases is an advantage · Strong attention to detail and data accuracy · Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports · Good communication and coordination skills · Familiarity with Mailing platforms like Mailchimp , HubSpot , Acton etc · Usage of AI tools · Basic knowledge of prompt engineering · Should be familiar and have uses related AI tools like Gemini 3.5, Google AI studio, NoteBookLM or ChatGPT or CoPilot and associated tools Academic Qualifications · 85% and above in both 10th and 12th from a English Medium school · Preferred: renowned school in Metro or Tier2 city.

• · Bachelor’s degree BBA/ Statistics or any BA/BCom/BSc degree in leading college · 1–3 years of experience in a similar position · Full Fluency in English- speaking and written
• Own day-to-day Data Analyst- MIS workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working across data, process, and execution details to improve throughput.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to balance process discipline with fast-moving business needs.
