Key Responsibilities

1. Product Partnership &amp; Platform Design

<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to design and build the financial flows and features within the self-serve portal—such as prepayment, invoicing, billing cycles, budget capping, credit management, and refunds.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define financial requirements and user stories related to O2C in the product roadmap and ensure timely implementation.</li>
</ul>

2. End-to-End O2C Ownership

<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and manage the Order-to-Cash lifecycle across geographies:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Customer onboarding &amp; verification</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Budget funding / Pre-paid wallet logic</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Invoicing, collections, and reconciliation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Revenue recognition and deferred revenue tracking</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Partner with Tech and Ops teams to automate and scale all finance-related workflows.</li>
</ul>

3. Financial Planning &amp; Controls

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain revenue forecasts, unit economics, and financial health indicators of the platform.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define KPIs such as billing accuracy, DSO, ad spend utilization, and customer balance aging.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure controls, audit trails, and exception handling mechanisms are in place.</li>
</ul>

4. Strategic Business Partnering

<ul>
<li>Act as the finance voice in product strategy discussions, ensuring commercial viability and operational readiness of platform features.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with legal, sales ops, and customer support to align on policy decisions related to pricing, refunds, dispute handling, etc.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5-8 years of experience in finance operations, product finance, or FP&amp;A roles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle in a digital or AdTech environment is a preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with product/engineering teams to embed finance logic into technology platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with self-serve SaaS or ad platforms, digital payments, global taxation, and revenue recognition practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of tools such as MSD, Chargebee, Stripe, Salesforce, or equivalent.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Background

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in global AdTech, MarTech, or SAAS </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to multiple geographies with multi-currency, multi-entity environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior involvement in platform builds or finance system migrations is a plus. </li>
