1. Sales Target Achievement

2. Team Leadership &amp; Performance Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team (50+ members) including supervisors and agents.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and quality monitoring of calls.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide feedback on sales pitch, objection handling, tonality, and closing techniques.</li>
</ul>

3. Operational Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and optimize key sales KPIs such as conversion rates, average handling time (AHT), and revenue per RM.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure smooth functioning of the telecalling / inside sales operations.</li>
</ul>

4. Hiring &amp; Team Development

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to scale operations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build a high-performing sales culture through structured training and continuous mentoring.</li>
</ul>

5. Sales Strategy &amp; Reporting

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyse sales data, pipeline, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior management.</li>
</ul>


6. Compliance &amp; Process Adherence

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all sales activities and loan processes follow internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India.</li>

 7. Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence
