<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. </li>

Desired Candidate Profile :

<li style="margin-left:0px;">1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or bulk hiring for BPO/Call Centre industry. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and practices. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. </li>
