Your role and responsibilities
- As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation, you will apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs.
- You will play a key role in implementing and supporting the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Core Modules: Configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct Fit Analysis: Gather requirements, perform fit analysis, and plan the implementation to ensure the system meets the client's business objectives.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support after implementation, addressing client queries and concerns, and making necessary adjustments to ensure continued system effectiveness.
- Perform Unit Testing: Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the configured system meets the client's requirements and is free from defects.

- Exposure to Workday HCM: Familiarity with configuring and implementing Workday core HCM modules, including setup and integration with other modules.
- Core Compensation Knowledge: Understanding of core compensation concepts and practices, with experience in configuring and supporting Workday core compensation modules.
- Implementation Planning: Experience with planning and conducting fit analysis to ensure seamless implementation of Workday core HCM and core compensation modules.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting: Exposure to identifying and resolving configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules.
- Unit Testing and Quality Assurance: Familiarity with conducting unit testing to ensure configured systems meet client requirements and are free from defects.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Workday Reporting Skills: Exposure to creating and customizing reports in Workday, including report writing and data analysis, to support client business needs.
- Cloud-Based Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based HCM and compensation solutions, with an understanding of their integration and implementation.
- HR Business Processes: Understanding of HR business processes, including talent management, benefits administration, and payroll processing, to support Workday HCM and compensation module
