<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Payroll, Facilities) to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience, including system access, equipment setup, and workspace readiness.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct HR-related induction and orientation sessions, explaining company policies, benefits, and HR processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).</li>

HR Ticket Handling and Query Resolution

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers, and external partners via the HR Shared Services ticketing system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Efficiently manage and resolve a high volume of tickets related to various HR topics, including policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), benefits, and data changes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all tickets are logged, categorized, tracked, and resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Escalate complex or specialized issues to the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) or other departments, ensuring a smooth handoff and follow-up.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base by documenting resolutions and frequently asked questions (FAQs).</li>
</ul>

Compliance and Audit Support

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure strict compliance with all local Indian labor laws and company policies during the onboarding and record-keeping processes.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support internal and external HR audits by providing necessary documentation and data.</li>

What you'll bring:
