SAP EHS / EHSM Functional Expertise

• Lead design and configuration for Product Safety, Specification Management, SVT, Dangerous Goods, IH&S, Incident Management, Occupational Health, and Environment Management.

• Develop WWI templates, SDS, labels, DG documents, and phrase libraries.

• Manage hazard classifications, exposure profiles, and compliance documentation (GHS, REACH, OSHA, CLP).

Integration

• Integrate EHS with MM, PP, QM, PM, HR, SD, WM/EWM, and S/4HANA processes.

• Ensure accurate data flows for chemical inventory, exposure tracking, and incident reporting.

• Coordinate with external systems (lab systems, regulatory portals, compliance content providers).

SME-led Transition

• Take over KT from incumbent vendor with minimal supervision.

• Prepare and maintain Run Books, KEDB, SOPs, Work Instructions, support manuals, and handover documentation.

• Validate existing configurations, custom objects, and integrations.

AMS L2/L3 Support

• Handle L2 issue resolution, regulatory data corrections, and safety master data updates.

• Lead L3 enhancements, functional specifications, testing cycles, and deployment.

• Perform RCA, preventive action planning, and process stabilization activities.

• Ensure SLA compliance and proactive quality improvements.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

• Optimize EHS processes, SDS automation, incident workflows, and compliance reporting.

• Implement dashboards, analytics, audit checklists, and digital compliance tools.

• Adopt latest S/4HANA EHS advancements and align solutions with SAP roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• 712 years of SAP EHS/EHSM experience.

• At least 2 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations.

• Strong expertise in Product Compliance, DG, IH&S, Incident Management, and Occupational Health.

• Strong AMS L2/L3 support experience with SLA governance.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP Product Compliance for S/4HANA.

• Experience with regulatory content providers, SDS automation tools, and mobility solutions.

• SAP EHS certification.
