Product Management
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Partner Enablement: Build the "battle cards," pitch decks, and demo scenarios that help sales teams win. Train global account managers on how to position UnO against specific competitors.
- Product Evangelism: Act as a visible product voice through blogs, webinars, and executive briefings. Deliver compelling presentations that showcase "The Art of the Possible" with UnO.
- Adoption Advocacy: Work with customers to ensure they are successfully scaling their automation fabric, capturing real-world data to prove the ROI of integrated solution sets..
- Market Intelligence: Continuously gather insights from the field, customers, partners, and analysts; translate real buying signals and adoption blockers into actionable input for product roadmap and go-to-market strategy..
- GTM Orchestration: Ensure that when a new feature drops, the documentation, marketing collateral, and sales training are synchronized and ready.
- Success Storytelling: Identify lighthouse customers and partner-led successes; convert them into differentiated case studies, references, and ROI narratives that reinforce market credibility.
- Solution-Led Positioning: Collaborate across HCLSoftware and external partners (RPA vendors, hyperscalers, SAP, AWS, GSIs) to position UnO as the orchestration backbone of a broader, multi-product automation and AI ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, market-facing product leader with a strong grasp of agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and process orchestration, able to clearly explain their business impact to customers, partners, and executives.
- A natural storyteller and ecosystem thinker coming from an Outbound PM, Solutions Architecture, or GTM strategy background—who excels at connecting products into coherent solution narratives.
- Operationally rigorous and execution-driven, with a proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives, influence without authority, and deliver results in fast-moving, competitive markets.
Mandate Skills
- Your are Tech-forward visionary who lives at the intersection of AI innovation and business strategy
- You must possess a deep, "under-the-hood" understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, autonomous workflows and traditional process orchestration, with the ability to articulate how these technologies revolutionize traditional IT & Business Ops
- Your are ecosystem thinker—likely coming from a Senior Solutions Architect or Outbound PM background—who enjoy the challenge of "connecting the dots" between different products.
- You are high-energy communicator who can lead a room of partners or executives through a complex "Solution Sell" without losing sight of the transformative technological innovation driving it.
- Beyond vision, you bring strong operational rigor; known for driving multi-team workstreams efficiently and meeting defined objectives under pressure.
