Roles and Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expected to champion and lead the priority account outreach program for designated accounts through multiple activities, own account reporting and ensure relevant stakeholders receive and understand reported data.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Individually contribute to and add value to complex account and business development needs, including global account planning, go-to-market research and strategy, pursuit/sales support, pitch development, and other ad hoc business development needs.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Research accounts, identify key players and generate prospect's interest.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">In partnership with the sales directors and accounts managers, own the account planning process and ensure regular reviews against planned milestones and targets.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">MBA in International Business/Marketing/Sales with B. Tech in computer science or engineering degree preferred with a minimum of 75% across academics (10th, 12th, UG and last semester of PG).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Goal-orientated strategic thinker but also willing to execute and roll up your sleeves.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong planning, project management and problem-resolution skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent agency and vendor management skills.</li>
