<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Vendor queries</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strict adherence to Activities TAT, Accuracy, KPIs and other SLAs</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Will be responsible for all Vendor reconciliation, follow and get open items resolved. Reporting the status and data analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management &amp; Client Management</li>
</ul>

Required Profile/ Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in Procure to Pay function (Accounts Payable)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good accounting knowledge</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working Experience of Invoice Processing PO and Non-PO</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working experience in Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucking, Marine) or Heavy Industries company will be preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working experience on SAP / VIM</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
