2. Ensuring accurate payments to Staff, Doctors and Suppliers

3. To have control on Banking Operations and ensuring Daily deposit of Hospital Cash, Bank Reconciliations

4. Improving the systems and Internal Controls in Accounts and Finance operations

5. Attending to Auditors- Both External and Internal

6. Funds management and preparing Cash Flow projections

7. MIS Reports and periodical Financial Inputs to the management

8. Giving Support to Material Department in exercising Inventory controls Cost Controls Safeguarding the Financial
