Job Summary: You will play a key role in delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of the training calendar through facilitation, coordination, and content customization where required.

  • Facilitate soft skills, behavioral, and functional training sessions across all levels in alignment with the training calendar.
  • Customize and localize training content and materials based on team-specific needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, participant management, material preparation, and venue setup.
  • Use interactive tools and methods to foster high engagement during sessions.
  • Track attendance, gather participant feedback, and analyze training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain training records, feedback, and documentation.
  • Contribute to content development for training programs.
  • Support post-training feedback analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
