About the Role:

The Manager of Underwriting Assistance will lead the UW support team to ensure seamless end-to-end case management.

• Manage a team of UW Assistants/Associates to meet daily productivity targets.
• Oversee case allocation to prevent bottlenecks in the pre-underwriting stage.
• Ensure timely and accurate evidence ordering and requirement follow-ups.
• Audit the team's requirement-raising process for quality control.
• Implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with underwriters to streamline processes.
• Develop training programs for team members.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on team metrics.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow.
• Support the development of underwriting policies and procedures.
