About the Role:
The Manager of Underwriting Assistance will lead the UW support team to ensure seamless end-to-end case management.
- Manage a team of UW Assistants/Associates to meet daily productivity targets.
- Oversee case allocation to prevent bottlenecks in the pre-underwriting stage.
- Ensure timely and accurate evidence ordering and requirement follow-ups.
- Audit the team's requirement-raising process for quality control.
- Implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with underwriters to streamline processes.
- Develop training programs for team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on team metrics.
- Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow.
