• Achieve sales targets by receiving targets from ASMs.
• Identify and appoint new agents in the assigned area.
• Classify shops in the area and identify potential for milk sales.
• Approach milk agents and fix appointments.
• Convince agents to take up the Dodla brand by discussing incentives and commissions.
• Collect security deposits and complete agreement forms with agents.
• Ensure 100% collections of cash and tubs from agents.
• Visit agents to collect payments and escalate issues to ASMs if necessary.
• Identify new routes and areas for sales coverage.
• Maintain relationships with existing agents to ensure continued sales.
