Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by appointing new agents and identifying potential sales areas.
• Collect payments and ensure 100% cash collection from agents.
• Identify new routes and areas for milk sales.
• Conduct meetings with potential agents to promote Dodla brand.
• Handle institutional sales and build relationships with large clients.
• Monitor sales performance and report to management.
• Collaborate with ASMs for market expansion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in promotional activities and events.
