Diverse Lynx is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead and manage business analysis activities across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects or programs.
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and interviews to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing optimized business processes.
• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and gap assessments for business initiatives.
• Support testing teams in developing test cases and participate in UAT.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior clients and contribute to the development of BA best practices and standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
