Sales Manager
As a Manager, Sales Engineering, you will manage a team of talented Sales Engineers to help qualify and close opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Sales Team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition.
- Manage a team of individual contributors to expand usage of Datadog.
- Assist in recruiting efforts to find and hire top talent.
- Mentor/coach new hires during onboarding.
- Ensure maximum productivity and engagement of your team.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Support technical evaluations (POCs) for key accounts.
- Foster collaboration between the SE team and other organizations.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
