As a Manager, Sales Engineering, you will manage a team of talented Sales Engineers to help qualify and close opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Sales Team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition.
• Manage a team of individual contributors to expand usage of Datadog.
• Assist in recruiting efforts to find and hire top talent.
• Mentor/coach new hires during onboarding.
• Ensure maximum productivity and engagement of your team.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support technical evaluations (POCs) for key accounts.
• Foster collaboration between the SE team and other organizations.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
