<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead joint working sessions with clients, develop user personas and user journeys and construct business case scenarios in support of clients’ agendas</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collaterals</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively support team building and on-boarding efforts via mentoring</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Consultants must have good subject matter expertise on one or more of the following industries – Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, Hospitality</li>
