Cognizant BPO India is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to enhance our quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for Guidewire applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards.
• Identify, record, and track defects in the testing process.
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes.
• Participate in design and code reviews to improve quality.
• Provide feedback on testability and performance of applications.
• Document test cases and results for future reference.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance.
• Stay current with industry trends in QA methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
