- Support the full customer cycle by positioning Analyst, Retail Sales (Northern China) solutions against real business and technical needs.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand requirements, constraints, and buying criteria.
- Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with account teams on demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and solution documentation.
- Address technical objections with credible, well-structured responses grounded in product realities.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to shape feasible customer solutions.
- Document customer requirements, success criteria, and technical feedback for internal alignment.
- Maintain strong follow-through across opportunity stages, handoffs, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify expansion, adoption, or risk signals and surface them to the right internal teams early.
- Support competitive positioning with practical insight into differentiation and solution fit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
- Experience navigating client discussions, solution demos, or consultative selling workflows.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, implementation, and support teams.
- Strong follow-through, documentation discipline, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities with clear ownership.
