- Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance evaluations, organizing professional development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture within the school environment
- Partner with leaders to align HR Manager for School priorities with business goals, team health, and talent needs.
- Advise managers on performance, engagement, organization design, and employee relations topics.
- Support workforce planning, hiring alignment, and talent-review processes with strong operational follow-through.

- Strong communication, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive people matters.
- Ability to balance operational rigor with employee empathy and business alignment.
- Comfort partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams on talent priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvement and policy consistency.
