<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and Manage HR  Compliance &amp; Audits requirements of Brands and customers, ISO Auditors, Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors &amp; Brand Audits</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establishing robust processes on Contract Management at plant level &amp; Ensuring all Statutory Compliances related to HR</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liasoning with Government Agencies, Employer &amp; others etc</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> HR Budget- prepare and monitor the HR Budget, review staffing/structures periodically and ensure that the Budgets and Plans are suitably modified to cater to the changing business needs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Ensuring execution of all Administrative matters including Security, Transportation, Canteen, Legal etc., on time.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Providing monthly reports based on HR activities managed by the position, </li>

Qualifications

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of working in Multinational Manufacturing Industry with the capability of navigating through a highly matrix organization</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge to analyze data and come up with solutions</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Have played a similar  role for a workforce of at least 600 employees in a best in class company</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills ( spoken and written)  in English and Kannada is essential,</li>
