Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Build &amp; manage relationships with partner banks</li>
</ul>

<li>Achieve sales, revenue &amp; persistency targets</li>
</ul>

<li>Train &amp; support bank staff on Health insurance products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Obtains and analyzes information from bank to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with channel partners to increase sales</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conducts regular meetings and empanelment and activation of distributors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysis</li>
</ul>

Must Haves

<ul>
<li>Good knowledge in Insurance &amp; financial products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2–3 years’ experience in Insurance sales - Bancassurance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication &amp; relationship skills</li>
</ul>

Qualification:
