Key Responsibilities

<li>Source new business through direct sales channels (self-generated &amp; company leads)</li>

<li>Achieve sales, revenue &amp; persistency targets</li>
</ul>

<li>Conduct customer meetings to explain health insurance products &amp; solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build long-term customer relationships for repeat &amp; referral business</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms &amp; internal compliance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls and visits along with the status</li>
</ul>

Must Haves

<ul>
<li>Good knowledge in Insurance &amp; financial products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>1–3 years’ experience in BFSI sales - Preferable from Insurance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Local candidate with strong social network, Willing to do field sales Job</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication &amp; relationship skills</li>
</ul>

Qualification:
