We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager from the cake/confectionery industry who can independently manage and streamline daily franchise operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of taking ownership from day one, and ensuring smooth functioning across all outlets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all franchise outlets.
• Ensure smooth production processes, inventory management, and quality control.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement best practices across stores.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain consistency in brand standards, product quality, and customer experience.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements at the franchise level.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better productivity.
