Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment &amp; Manpower Planning

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct exit interviews and support attrition analysis</li>
</ul>

3. Statutory Compliance &amp; Labor Laws

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, CLRA, Factory Act, and Shops &amp; Establishment compliance</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities during audits and inspections</li>
</ul>

4. Payroll &amp; Compensation Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and wage inputs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support annual increment, promotion, and performance-related processes</li>
</ul>

5. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support disciplinary actions, inquiries, and corrective measures as required</li>
</ul>

6. HR Operations &amp; MIS

</ul>

7. Training &amp; Development Support
