<li style="margin-left:0px;">B2B Lead Generation &amp; Growth Marketing: Build and run a demand generation engine across inbound/outbound channels, ensuring consistent MQLs and pipeline contribution. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Inbound Marketing: Build a strong inbound engine leveraging content, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns to consistently generate MQLs. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Outbound Marketing: Design and execute outbound campaigns (ABM, targeted outreach, cold campaigns, CSR/Sustainability connects) to create high-quality opportunities. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Event Management: Plan, manage, and drive ROI from industry exhibitions, sustainability forums, CSR events, and PadCare-hosted experiences. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Brand &amp; Communication Strategy: Position PadCare as a global category leader in sanitary waste recycling through PR, ESG storytelling, events, and thought leadership. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Digital Marketing &amp; Analytics: Manage LinkedIn, email, ads, account-based marketing, SEO/SEM campaigns; own website and landing pages; optimize ROI using analytics and CRM platforms. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Sales &amp; Customer Success Alignment: Drive lead handoff to sales, enable sales with collaterals/case studies, and leverage customer success stories for renewals and upsells. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team &amp; Vendor Management: Build and lead the marketing team, manage agencies for creative, PR, and digital, and establish scalable processes and reporting. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Performance Marketing: Scale performance marketing efforts across digital platforms with ROI accountability. </li>

Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">6–8 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing &amp; Team Management, preferably in startups, cleantech, ESG, or enterprise SaaS/solutions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated track record in scaling demand generation, driving marketing ROI, and brand building in high-growth settings. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior exposure to CXO-level client interactions and investor-facing storytelling will be an advantage. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demand Generation Expertise: Proven experience in B2B lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and CRM/automation tools. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategic Storytelling &amp; Branding: Ability to craft ESG-driven narratives, manage brand positioning, and execute PR/communications. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Digital &amp; Data Orientation: Skilled in SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, email nurturing, and analytics-driven decision-making. </li>
