Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder &amp; HR Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and Regional HRs (RHRs) for various HR and recruitment activities.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track recruitment requirements and support hiring processes.</li>
</ul>

Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri and other recruitment platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process including posting, application tracking, and interview coordination.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with external recruitment vendors for senior and critical hiring requirements.</li>
</ul>

HR Systems &amp; Data Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases with accurate information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage candidate data and update HR systems regularly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership when required.</li>
</ul>

Vendor Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with recruitment vendors for candidate sourcing and interview coordination.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support vendor documentation and ensure smooth communication with external partners.</li>
</ul>

Approvals &amp; Compliance

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in processing vendor invoices and coordinate payments after required approvals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain documentation required for audits and internal compliance processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure proper tracking of notes, approvals, and payment releases.</li>
</ul>
