Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Paid Media Ads (Google,Meta,Taboola etc.) campaigns from strategy to execution, across the full funnel – awareness, consideration, and conversion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Own audience strategies including keywords, interest-based targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting to improve lead quality and CPL.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work with creative, content, and category teams to build high-impact ad sets customized for cities and personas.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Test and optimize creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and improve campaign KPIs: CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR, Leads, Orders, ROI.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with Meta Account Managers to leverage new betas and improve campaign performance.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage budgets, pacing, and delivery across objectives.</li>
