Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and audit requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct and manage Background Verification (BGV) process, including vendor coordination, follow-ups, and closure </li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience in BGV and exit processes</li>
</ul>
