Key Responsibilities

1. Content Operations &amp; Delivery

2. Process &amp; Scale

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and optimize scalable operational processes for high-volume content creation</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify bottlenecks and implement automation, tools, and best practices</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure operational readiness for new launches, subjects, and formats</li>
</ul>

3. Team Leadership

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams including content ops, scheduling, QC, and vendor partners</li>

4. Quality &amp; Compliance

5. Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management

Requirements

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong experience in Ed-Tech, digital content, or online learning ecosystems</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven ability to manage large teams and complex workflows</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills</li>
