<li style="margin-left:0px;">Pipeline Management: Manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and student satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field .</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (experience in EdTech preferred).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to confidently close sales and achieve/exceed monthly quotas.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to build instant rapport and trust with diverse customers (especially parents) in a personal setting.</li>
