App Engagement &amp; Lifecycle Marketing

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review, test and optimize communication journeys and creatives for dropout and engagement campaigns</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Run continuous experiments on messaging, creatives, CTAs, timing, and frequency</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Optimize channel mix across push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, email, and WhatsApp </li>

App Growth &amp; Feature Adoption

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive app downloads and track key engagement metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, and feature usage</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with product and tech teams to improve feature discovery and adoption</li>

Cross-Sell Initiatives (LI &amp; GI)

Analytics, Reporting &amp; MIS
