What You’ll Do

As a Scrum Master, you will:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support delivery: Help product owners with planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement to ensure efficient execution.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Remove impediments: Identify and resolve roadblocks that slow the team down.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Promote culture: Encourage ownership, resolve conflicts constructively, and nurture a positive, productive environment.</li>

What You’ll Bring

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or equivalent.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, techniques, and Agile artifacts (DoD, user stories, automated tests, backlog refinement, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burn-up, cumulative flow, control charts).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and maintain focus under pressure.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Practical experience with tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps Boards.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to .NET development is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">At least one relevant certification (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Agile) is required. </li>
