 Technical Excellence

<li>The Product Manager will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of one or more enterprise or SaaS platforms within EY India’s Client Technology portfolio. </li>

Key Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. </li>
</ul>

<li>Collaborate with service line stakeholders to identify business problems and convert them into clear product use cases and success metrics.</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop detailed roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility. </li>
</ul>

<li>Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and AI-ready designs. </li>
</ul>

<li>Drive the product backlog and release planning process with discipline and clarity. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Champion intuitive design and usability, ensuring the product delivers measurable value and simplicity to users. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track adoption, performance, and ROI metrics; continuously refine the roadmap based on data insights. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Represent the product in governance and review forums, ensuring alignment across the CTO Office and service lines. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute to documentation, go-to-market readiness, and feedback loops with internal and external users. </li>
</ul>

Key Requirements: 

<ul>
<li>8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably with 3–5 years managing SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of modern product practices — agile, OKR-driven delivery, user journey mapping, and backlog management. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data-driven products; familiarity with AI/ML use cases is a plus. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work in matrixed environments. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a bias for action and delivery. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
