  • Oversee the client experience from the initial concept to the post-event debrief, manage on-site arrangements, production, and event breakdown, ensuring high-quality service at every phase.
  • Created and managed a detailed industry contacts, vendors, and venues database.
  • Address any challenges that arise on the day of the event promptly.
