- Salesforce Expertise & AdministrationServe as the primary Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, overseeing system configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Design and implement Salesforce workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to improve productivity and visibility across teams.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional departments to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise tools (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, analytics).
