Key Responsibilities

<li>Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections</li>

<li>Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on overdue invoices</li>

<li>Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and deductions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Billing teams to resolve issues impacting collections</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Recommend accounts for escalation or write-off based on risk assessment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in O2C, collections, or accounts receivable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with US process and US shifts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, HighRadius) and MS Excel</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with credit risk assessment and cash application processes is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
