Operations &amp; Guest Experience

People Management &amp; Training

</ul>

Sales, Revenue &amp; Cost Control

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive sales through upselling, suggestive selling, local promotions, and guest engagement.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Achieve budgeted revenue, productivity, and cost targets (food cost, beverage cost, manpower).</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze daily/weekly MIS, P&amp;L indicators, and take corrective actions.</li>

Compliance &amp; Safety

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, FSSAI norms, safety, and security standards.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain audit readiness at all times (internal/external).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure cash handling, billing accuracy, and loss prevention controls.</li>
</ul>

Coordination &amp; Reporting

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with central kitchen, procurement, marketing, and maintenance teams.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and submit daily sales reports, manpower rosters, and operational updates.</li>
</ul>

Desired Candidate Profile

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">6 years+ of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 23 years as Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager in a reputed casual/fine-dining brand.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of Pan-Asian cuisine service preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.</li>
</ul>
