What will you do?

<li>Lead Project Design role from Business Case validation, to concept, and Design and development and Execution.</li>
</ul>

<li>Work with Cross functional teams like Product Owner and Industrial from project Definition to final execution with good collaboration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct Technical reviews within design team to validate Design maturity at Each stage gate for readiness and make good presentation to Steering committee to pass the stage gate.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build V&amp;V plan and make good risk assessment using standard.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare good estimation on project design resource planning and Schedule considering the overall project Scope.</li>
</ul>

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Skills needed:

<ul>
<li>Strong Knowledge on Final Distribution products (MCB, RCCB, RCBO, Auxiliaries).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven record of dealing with Breaking technologies including analysing waveforms, RCA &amp; clear actions to master the performance &amp; Cost.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven record of Electromagnetic Functional design in Breakers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in manual calculations &amp; analytical skill in switch gears</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Problem solving skills and methodological approach in development using Some of the Six sigma tools like 8D analysis, RCAs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven record to manage new product development (Concept design, Selection criterion, 3D designing, Drawing and Drafting skills as per ISO, Functional dimensioning and stack up analysis, Awareness on DFM, DFA)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in design of plastic parts &amp; Sheet metal parts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge on Quality aspects (Risk mitigation / Analysis, Quality tools, MDR / PRR, xFMEA...)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Actively contributes towards Innovation and development activities.</li>
</ul>
