Roles And Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns across omni-channel platforms targeting high-value customers.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences and opportunities for differentiation in the luxury retail landscape.
- Drive all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, communication strategy and end-to-end project management for assigned categories.
- Develop launch plans for new product introductions, collaborating with merchandising, finance and store operations teams to ensure a coordinated go-to-market approach.
- Plan, budget and oversee marketing spends, ensuring all activities are aligned with financial targets and yield measurable value for the business.
- Organize high-impact events, experiential marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships that resonate with affluent clientele and position Reliance Retail as the destination for luxury shopping.
- Track campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights and prepare post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy and continuous improvement.
