Consultant:

<li>Manage multiple, concurrent low to medium complexity projects from conception to delivery</li>

<li>Drive Cloud project team member in execution of all deliverables defined in the scope of the project</li>

<li>Develop and manage project schedules/plans, cross-functional deliverables, and detailed timelines</li>

<li>Identify and minimize project risk</li>

<li>Project status reporting at project team, customer and management levels</li>

<li>Maintain all project materials in a centralized project repository</li>

<li>Contribute to the definition of transversal test plans (integration &amp; migration)</li>

<li>Contribute to ensuring good quality of execution and validation of internal and customer acceptance tests</li>

<li>Ensure delivery of required documentation (technical, procedures, configuration management tools) required for handover to Operations teams</li>
</ul>

<li>Be responsible for handover to the relevant Operational teams from project</li>
</ul>

<li>Contribute to the Post Implementation Review with Operations teams to identify and roll out improvement plans</li>

Skills/Experience/Qualification

<ul>
<li>3 to 5 years Cloud management experience, with overall experience of 7 to 8 years.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Technology Knowledge - ability to understand the cloud technical solution and question the project team as to solution deliverables, dependencies, impact, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Skilled in creating project plans, including scope definition, risk management plan, and execution management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage project scope creep</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage teams in a matrix structure</li>
</ul>

Domain Experience:

<ul>
<li>Experience of working in a cloud operations environment desirable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in managing small/medium sized projects, especially on-boarding and migration of new customers on a cloud platform</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in managing cloud platform capacity &amp; hardware upgrade and refresh projects</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in dealing with service desk to setup new customers</li>
</ul>

<li>Adept at managing customers</li>
