Responsibilities:

<li>Input client data into financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuide, RightCapital).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Organize and compile client data including statements and fact finders in accordance with the Paraplanning Team’s data structure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Entering and validating data in the financial planning software from client statements and fact finders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reviewing initial plan submissions for minimum required data for the Paraplanning team to begin plan creation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Attending advisor meetings to gather data and take notes for advanced plans creation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Research ad-hoc financial planning questions as necessary to support the construction of financial plans to serve our Advisors and their clients.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must gain proficiency in a variety of financial planning tools/software to include WealthVision/eMoney, MoneyGuide, and RightCapital.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate an understanding of basic financial planning concepts and an ability to learn increasingly complex personal and business financial planning concepts and stay informed of current financial planning developments and tax law changes.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field</li>
</ul>

<li>1 year of experience within a financial services firm, University program, and/or a financial planning environment</li>

<li>Working towards acquisition of CFP® designation or interest in obtaining</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Licenses Required: Securities licenses 63/65 or 66 are required or ability to obtain within 90 days.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Software/Systems Skills Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Financial Planning software</li>

Certifications Needed:

<li>Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience but with other Specialization can be looked into to some extent Only.</li>

<li>Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>No Tech Graduates – BE, B Tech, M Tech </li>
